If the wrong address is provided to New Coast Direct your account will not be confirmed with shipping delivery and may result in handling fee of $10.00 and reshipment fee cost. So please make sure the shipping address is accurate so we can get your product to you quickly!

Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns should be shipped by an insured carrier.

TVs: If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our return policy.

RMA Policy

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our Customer Service Department. All merchandise received without a valid RMA # will be refused. To obtain an RMA number you may e mail us at (support@newcoastdirect.com). Please note it will be required to maintain a minimum $100 first order on your Credit Account an exchange only policy is in place for first orders only. We appreciate your help in following this procedure. This will allow us to expedite your refund or exchange.
